Basic Product Description
The conveyor belt is equipped with high-elongation steel wire rope or high-strength high-elongation chemical fibre rope arranged horizontally uniformly on the top (or up and down) of the steel wire rope core or fabric core as a tear-resistant layer, and the tear-resistant layer is perpendicular to the running direction of the conveyor belt. When conveyor belt conveys hard and sharp material, tear resistant layer can prevent sharp and hard material from penetrating. Once penetrated, it can also produce enough resistance to tear belt by sharp and hard material, thus effectively preventing conveyor belt from tearing.
The conveyor belt is suitable for mining, wharf, metallurgy, building materials, coal and other occasions where the conveyor conveys sharp hard objects and the blanking height is high.
